    Charles D. Dodds Jr., CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, CIMA®

    President and Senior Portfolio Manager

    Charles D. Dodds Jr. is a financial advisor and the President of Dodds Wealth Management Group. He has been a financial advisor for over 35 years. He focuses on investment planning, retirement income planning, and risk management. He also coordinates with CPAs and attorneys to help his clients with their estate planning and income tax planning needs.

    To better serve his clients, Charles has obtained the following well-respected designations:

    • CLU® - Certified Life Underwriter®
    • ChFC® - Chartered Financial Consultant®
    • CIMA® - Certified Investment Management Analyst®

    These designations provide ongoing education, which aids in being able to help meet his clients' financial planning needs. Charles graduated from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1970, where he received his BS in pharmacy. Charles is a member of the following professional associations:

    In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife, Juliteta, his family, golfing, flying, RVing, and traveling.

    Adrian F. Dodds, CFP®

    Senior Financial Advisor and Managing Partner

    Adrian is a financial advisor with the Dodds Wealth Management Group. Adrian has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification to stay up to date with changes in the financial planning world and to better serve his clients. Adrian focuses on the following areas: investment planning, retirement income planning, and risk management. He also coordinates with CPAs and attorneys to help his clients with tax planning and estate planning issues.

    In 2002, Adrian received a bachelor of science in family financial planning from Texas Tech University. During his time at Texas Tech University, he was a member of the cross-country and indoor/outdoor track teams.

    Adrian has been in practice since 2002. He began his career with Cornerstone Wealth Advisors, Inc, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2007, he had the opportunity to return to El Paso, Texas, and work with his father, Charles D. Dodds Jr. Adrian brought with him a new perspective and a different skill set to add to his father's practice.

    He is a member of the El Paso Estate Planning Council, Child Guidance Center, and the Foundation for the Catholic Diocese of El Paso. Adrian has also done volunteer work with his high school alma mater, Cathedral High School, as the previous head cross-country coach. Adrian coached the team to a cross-country state championship in 2014. He was also the head long-distance track coach. Growing up, Adrian was very active in the Boy Scouts of America and reached the rank of Eagle Scout.

    In his downtime, he enjoys the outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his wife, Ana, and his two daughters.

    Tarah R. McKenzie

    Financial Planning and Operations Analyst

    Tarah is a registered client service associate with the Dodds Wealth Management Group. Tarah has obtained her FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations as well as her insurance licenses. Tarah focuses on the following areas: managing all account transfers, cash administrative functions, and developing and maintaining our internal office procedures. She is committed to ensuring that each client request is addressed and clients have a positive experience.

    With almost 10 years of financial services experience both at the forefront, as an advisor, and behind the scenes, in an operations capacity, Tarah prides herself on providing a high level of integrity, professionalism, understanding, and support to all of her clients.

    Going the extra mile in her professional and personal endeavors is characteristic of Tarah. She works to help ensure a stable and enduring investment experience. She is an avid runner and has completed several races, including 5ks, half marathons, and marathons. Her favorite and most impactful race to run is the Bataan Memorial Death March, 26.2 miles of marching through sandy, grueling, high desert-like conditions of New Mexico.

    When away from the office, Tarah loves spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her son, Maverick. They love to explore the great outdoors and travel. They also enjoy the company of their two dogs. Beau, a mixed breed rescue, and Shadow, a black Labrador recently retired from the military working dogs of the U.S. Army.
